Return Policy

Inspect Upon Delivery
Inspect your shipment immediately. If the product is damaged or incorrect, refuse delivery.
If the shipment was left without a signature, report any issues to Bischoff’s Medical Supplies within 48 hours.

Return Requirements
Once delivery is accepted, all returns must meet the following requirements:

A restocking fee may apply depending on the product.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Product must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Any signs of wear or use will result in denial of the return.

All included accessories must be returned. Missing accessories will incur additional fees.

Shipping, freight, and service fees are non‑refundable.

Return Window
Most products are eligible for return within 30 days.
Products returned outside this window will not be accepted.

Non‑Returnable Items
Custom‑built, special‑order, or personalized products cannot be returned.
